The bracket that supports my emergency brake was modified by a previous owner and, to make it work with the correct cables, I had to have new pieces machined. They're the tubes you can see here. They were done by Jon Blair of Blair Machine who agreed to do them gratis. Also seen above is a photo of the new rear drip piece and, next to it, the original one that I received from Fairmile. Notice the obvious differences. Now the crappy one was ordered and received after 18 months delay (plus transport, customs, taxes etc.). Oh well. The new one was done by Austin Metal, also for free. Yay, freebies.
